The 12in24 Quick Start Program

1. Drink one SlimROAST before Breakfast

Drink one Valentus SlimROAST Coffee between 7am – 9am roughly about 15-30 minutes before you eat breakfast. Avoid adding traditional dairy or sugar. If desired, substitute with almond or coconut milk and sweeten with stevia or guava extract. Mix 1 packet’s contents into 1 cup (250ml) of hot water and mix thoroughly. If you enjoy iced coffee, SlimROAST can be prepared with 1 cup (250ml) of cold water mix over ice cubes.

2. Drink one Prevail Trim before Dinner

Drink one Valentus Prevail Trim 30-60 minutes before you eat supper. Mix 1 packet’s contents into 2 cups (500ms) of water and mix thoroughly. For best results drink the entire contents within 15 minutes of dissolving the crystals. If you experience sensitivity to the natural ingredients, simply start by using 1/3 to 1/2 a packet for the first 6 days (week 1), and gradually increase your dosage in the following week(s) until fully acclimated.

3. Drink one Prevail Immune before Bed Time

Drink one Valentus Prevail IMMUNE 15-30 minutes before you go to sleep. Mix 1 packet’s contents into 2 cups (500ml) of water and mix thoroughly. Drink entire contents within 15 minutes of dissolving crystals for maximum benefit. If you experience sensitivity to the natural ingredients, simply start by using 1/3 to 1/2 a packet and gradually increase your dosage in the following week(s) until fully acclimated.

                                                                  4. Repeat this for 6 of the 7 days in the week and take one day off

Do the above as specified and in just 24 days you should see results! Take record of your starting weight and measurements and track every day at the same time. Take a few pictures of yourself to serve as motivation. Take photos straight on and from the side. We cannot stress enough that to see the best results drink plenty of water.
